Where Did You Get Your Post Lap Band Eating Plan?

My lap band surgery was in Oct. 2007; I had lost about 70 lbs. I then had all the fluid taken out of my lap band because I was trying to have a baby. No baby, but have gained about 50 lbs. back. I have a total of 75 lbs to lose to reach my ideal weight. I am having a very hard time with an eating plan and cannot seem to find one that works for me. I'd love to hear your ideas.

I follow what they say at my surgeon's office. I know others who have followed the 5 day pouch test. But, if you go on here, and search eating plans, you may find something. My nutritionist, also, was helpful. Karen

My doctors office plan was not valid until I started on solid foods. So glad I went to a separate nutritionist and she gave me a plan. Day by day and listed ideas of what to eat.

If you'd like a copy, send me an email.
