  1. My lap band surgery was in Oct. 2007; I had lost about 70 lbs. I then had all the fluid taken out of my lap band because I was trying to have a baby. No baby, but have gained about 50 lbs. back. I have a total of 75 lbs to lose to reach my ideal weight. I am having a very hard time with an eating plan and cannot seem to find one that works for me. I'd love to hear your ideas.
