Burping Causing Me Discomfort

I was banded in March of this year. My surgery and recovery went really smoothly. I had my second fill probably 3 months ago. I never had a problem with my second fill. I was actually unsure if I was even tight enough. I feel full a lot quicker than I did before lap band but I still feel like food might pass through my top pouch really easily. Anyway...

To the real issue... A few days ago I started having some really mild pain/discomfort when I would burp. I don't have the discomfort when I'm standing or I sit up really straight. It is mostly when I'm sitting comfortably and I burp. I've read about band slips and how you are usually in immense pain when you're laying down. I only have really really mild pain while laying down if I burp. I have never had pain or discomfort when eating. I thought for a few days that maybe I was just extremely gassy but it has lasted probably 3 days now.

Have any of you experienced this? I've seen people talk about discomfort and pain when over eating... but I get the discomfort/pain only when I burp, really. I'm perfectly fine eating.

Me too I'm fine when eating but when I'm in the car it starts. Luckily too it doesn't just come out too often when I'm in a conversation or with others. I had 4 years of burpfree living after the band now suddenly it's a real problem. Hoping it's just that we're eating too fast and gulping air...certain food don't cause the gas. So food journaling for a day or two might help.
