Cookie Dough is Evil

I am so out of control this week. Make a long story short - We bought a tub of toll house cookie dough from price club and I've been eating it raw for a week now. I just figured out the calories - the tub is worth 10,500 calories. Talk about having no portion control. Holy Shit!

I think I'm afraid to succeed at this. I'm so comfortable with the failure chain and I know what exactly to expect. I need to have my head shrunk.

I can so totally relate. First, it would probably be helpful to get rid of the cookie dough. I still have cravings and buy the deadly stuff. Do not understand the self sabotage thing myself. I am learning (slowly) to make the changes. It is hard to undo all those years of bad habits. Just be gentle with yourself and give yourself a big do-over. We are in this to succeed. You have come so far. You really deserve this. Good luck to you!

Oh boy, I could never have that around the house because it would be GONE. ;) The neat thing about life is that, we can begin each day again whenever we want! :nervous

I have two freakin tubs of the stuff in the freezer now that I bought from nieces fundraisers. I will bake them and send them with hubby to work so we don't eat them!! Thank god the frozen stuff isn't as good or I would have eaten the whole thing by now.
