I eat salads quite a bit. I was afraid after my first 5cc fill they would be a no go for me. But i had one yesterday with no problems. I chewed well.

I never know how the day is going to go... Some days it's fine others there is no chance.

I did eat a mixed greens salad and it went well! I have even ate small tomatoes and it was ok. Chewed the heck out of them and I was good. I am a tomatoe girl, my mama had to hide them when I was a baby or I would cry for them. The only problem I have had is reheated food. It got stuck and I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital!! Learned my lesson.

You have to find what works good for you, chew allot, and enjoy.

Just be careful on the Dressings... Sometime you can put down allot

of calories in the Dressing, So watch for hidden calories.

I have salads all the time with no problems. Then again, im about 2mos post op and have no problems with anything. Hopefully that'll change with more fils but I hope to always be able to handle salads.

I have no issues with or baby spinach salads.
