Pain in my ribs

I have been having pain in my ribs about 4-5 inches to the left of where my port scar is. I called the dr yesterday and they said to just watch it. It's not horribly painful, but it hurts. Did something happen to my port? How do I know if something is wrong? Is it just a fluke?

Let me rephrase....the pain in about 2 inches above the incision and about 3 inches over.

How long have you been banded? Have you had any fills before? What kind of activity do you do?

It will be 2 weeks on Friday. I have done NO activity at all. No lifting and not even much bending over. I have been very strict about following their rules.

It's probably just muscle pain, but keep a close eye on it and if it gets much worse, follow your

surgeons instructions. It's fairly common and usually not a problem.
