Tired and exhausted

Hi its me again, I will be here asking alot of questions,,,:)

I was banded 11/1/11 and I am extrmely tired, is this normal?

You're going to have a couple weeks of it. My nutritionist said to take vitamin B12 in case we were low. Try to relax and don't

do too much for a week or two (probably easier said than done), It's perfectly normal, after effects of surgery and anesthesia.

Have you tried the Chat Room? They are very supportive and can answer all kinds of questions. I highly recommend it.

get your protein in. and I agree B-12 is great!!! put them under your tongue
