HI EVERYONE,

I am new to this. I have been reading all your posts for days. I am on my last month of supervised diet. I am hoping to get a surgery date on my next visit. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get one of those tickertrackers. I made one but cant seem to paste it. What code do i use and where do I paste it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
