Pulmonary Clearance

What happens during this appointment? I have mine tonight!

I also have a cardiology appointment but i already have my EKG results so hopefully they wont need anything else from me..

im doing my psych and nutrition consults over the phone which are costing me a fortune by the way!

what happens during all these "clearance" appointments? what do they do?

Pulmonary clearance is usually a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT). They put you thru a series of breathing exercises and draw some blood. Super simple if you have no breathing issues. I had/have breathing problems so I've been thru the tests four times so far. They need an awareness of any pulmonary issues for the anestisia.
