Protein Shakes

I used the protein shakes for my pre-op diet. I had my surgery last Wed. I drank a protein shake yesterday and that was the only time since the surgery I have been nauseated. Could it be the protein shake?

Possibly. After surgery just thinking about my protein shakes made me sick but, I had to drink them anyways. Hope it gets better for you.
