Leg cramps

Has anyone noticed an increase in leg cramps while loosing? I have been getting cramps nearly every night. They are in m lower leg but it's weird--they are in the front of my calf. Usually I have only gotten them in my calf. These in the front (well kinda the side) are soooo hard to get rid of. I have heard it could be due to lack of Water or potassium. I am ok on the water but could use more potassium. I will bring it up with my dr next week but I was jusy curious i anyone else experienced this.

I don't have a potassium problem, but I add a banana everyday to a fruit smoothy. You could try that, too! Check with your surgeon though for advice. Karen
