Nutritional Info

Does anyone know all of the nutritional guidelines we are supposed to follow as far as calories, fat, carbs, sodium, etc.? I have been eating pretty good but I am trying to become more focused on tracking what I eat. Any info would be appreciated, thanks :)

Myfitness pal.com is a great tool to use for tracking that stuff! I keep everything LOW. Low carbs..low or no sugar. I stay at 1200 calories a day..3 meals..2 snacks..lots of water. I eat/drink lots of protein. Was banded on May 31 and down 57lbs so it's working for me! You gotta find what works for you..hope this helps.

I do pretty much what the above post says. I counted calories and protien, and kept the diet very low in fat but didn't count. the only significant fat was in a 1/4 c nuts I'd have for a snack. Also, excersise is so important, always want to put in a plug for that.
