I had my third fill at the beginning of july....I reached my goal of a size 16 for my bday in august....problem is I haven't really lost anything since then...I am scheduled for a fill on Monday...the past few days I have been really tight in the morning and can't really get anything solid in till after 10am..by then i'm starving..also I am able to eat larger portions and am hungry again in 1.5 to 2 hours....my concern is should I get a fill being so tight in the morning...but I feel lie I only need it for after noon....what do u guys think

But what are you eating that your hungry in 1 to 2 hours. If your eating 3 to 4 ounces of protein you shouldnt be hungry in and hour and a half and if your tight in the morning you may or may not need a fill. Some people never lose their hunger but you have to learn to control yourself with food. Are you eating fruit in between when your hungry???? It never took my hunger away but I eat fruit when I get hungry.
