Hello everyone!
I am new here so i figured i'd make a post introducing myself to you all.
Although i only became a member now, i have perused through this site many times and have found so much useful information- thank you all for that!!
So basically, i'm 22 now and have struggled with weight all my life. It's been rough for me, and losing weight was not even my worst problem- it was keeping it off!!! But to be honest, it was always because i never felt full so after dieting i just went back to eating big meals. (maybe thats because i didn't make dieting into an actual lifestyle..?) But now the time has come for me to turn to WLS to help me keep it off. Of course i'm being my usual neurotic self and worrying about this but I truly feel like i gotta take the plunge.
I am right now finishing up my undergrad degree in Biology (this is actually my last semester) and want to eventually go into medicine. I have big dreams and goals but foremost i want to get fit and healthy so i can gain the confidence to move forward.
So uh, i guess that was my introduction (wow, so even online i'm awkward with introductions and new people lol)
