    Hi if you believe it is the right thing to do dont be nervous be calm. The calmer you are the better.I think it helps if you think of remembering a great time in your life when you were slim and nice things that have happened to you since. Remember to stick to what you are told to do not what you want to do and you will be fine. Good luck
