If I am getting hungry within 2-3 hrs of eating, then I know its time. If I can make it over 3 hours, then I don't worry about a fill.

For me,, I go about 5 hrs. without even thinking of food.

If I get under 3 hrs. I see I'm hungry more often, and sometimes feel like I am starving.

That's when I go in for a slight fill.
