First Workout After Surgery

My Surgery was August 11, 2011today was my first workout 2 Miles on the Treadmill this morning trying to do another 2 mile tonight had much more energy than before surgery walked at 3- 3.3 MPH 39mins my goal is to lose 10 more pounds by the end of September my first fill will be Sept 9, 2011 :o

Do you mean lose 10 by the end of August? Trust me if you have been following a strict diet of liquids only you will have lost the 10 by the end of August. 2 weeks post op, I was down 7lbs from my surgery date weigh- in and I hadn't done any exercise.

That is so awsome your excersising! It is a huge piece of the puzzle. Remember to keep increasing your intensity/duration a little at a time. Keep up the good work!
