Deli Meat

I can eat chicken and turkey deli meat just fine.... when I eat beef... I throw up. What in the world? I had the same serving size! lol

beef is harder to chew and pass through the band than chicken, fish or turkey. pork can be hard to pass also, unless it is super tender.

Ahh... explains it!

I have the same problem. The only kind of beef I eat is ground beef. The sandwhich meat ham,beef all makes me vomit! No matter how well i think i chew.
