Member Ratings

I am new here, got my band in 09. Don't know why I never checked this site. I find it informative, but I am confused by the ratings of the members. Is someone able to explain them to me. :unsure: I haven't done as well with this band as I had hoped, so I know I need more input. I just want to know more about the ratings of the people who respond.
