New to all this

Good moring to everyone,

I am new here and wanted to say hello. I am getting ready to have the LB and i just wanted to ask for your help, I am really getting scared and i just need a little advise on what all look forward to. I am paying myself, due to my insurance not covering WLS. Please give any advice you may have for me. I am going on on Wednesday 8-17 to schedule my surgery. Thanks in advance...

First congratulations on getting banded, it was the best decision I ever made. Advice?? Hmmm, bring lose clothes to wear home, Popsicles are your friend for liquid diets, powerade zero is good!! Have pillows and ice for your tummy when you get home.
