I have read several post about a 5 day band test to follow to help with weight loss, does anyone know where i can find the post? Any help will be appreciated

I am really trying to drink a lot of water, i do not like it and some days are harder than others, but i am working on it...When drinking it i have to have a lot of ice to make it really cold, i was told yesterday by a co worker that room tempature is better for you than ice cold water...Hummmm, never heard that before, have any of you? Please help.....

Tomorrow is the big day, i get my first fill, i am really excited,I need a little restriction. I can eat anything without any problems. I am not sure what to expect but its got to be better than right now. Wish me luck.....

Well i didnt get my fill the appointment has been moved to next thursday....I am really upset that it got changed, was looking forward to some change....My birthday is next thursday and now i am afraid that i will not be able to go out to dinner with my family for my bday....Anyway i will will let you all know how it goes if i ever get to have it done...lol

I am having my first fill on Thursday, i am really nervous, I really do not have any restriction right now, i can eat anything, i am trying to not eat that much but i do not know what is going to happen after my fill, i have posted things on here before and have not gotten any feed back, i am asking for some advice please, i have not lost but 1.5 pounds since my surgery 8-25 and i am hoping that this fill is going to help me with some weight loss. I am really scared that my band is not working for me, i do not feel any restriction at all, i have not lost any weigh since surgery ( 8-25), i get my first fill on thurday 9-29 and i hope it help me out. any advise would be great

thanks for all the help, i do not have a lot of patience, and from what all i have read today everyone says the same thing, i just really get discouraged becuase i am not losing. I am wanting to see the scales move a little...

I am 4 weeks post op and my scale has not moved at all since surgery, BUT, after reading all of these comments i have not went cray cray yet. I am eating rugular foods and not a lot of that and drinking a lot of Water. I am in Arlington Texas if any of you are close and want to team up to work out let me know. i have been walking 2.5 miles a day for the past one, but am doing it alone, so let me know if your close by and want to walk with me. i could use any and all support.

:unsure:Hello all, my name is Deborah i am from Arlington Texas i am married and have 4 sons and 1 grandson. and i will be banded on Aug 25, i have started my liquid diet today and look forward to getting this over with and letting my new life begin.

I am having my LB on Aug 25th, all this time getting everything ready, doctor visits after doctor visits and more visits...LOL, and now it is offical and now i am a nervous wreck...i have to start my liquid diet on the 15th...has anyone had to go 10 days on liquids? I really nervous about it, any help you all can give me will be appricated.

Good moring to everyone, I am new here and wanted to say hello. I am getting ready to have the LB and i just wanted to ask for your help, I am really getting scared and i just need a little advise on what all look forward to.
