first lap band fill today

Getting ready to head to pittsburgh for my first fill... I have lst 17 lbs so far... hoping everything goes well because me and the family are going to head to the zoo afterward.

    so I went to my appointment and they decided NOT to give me a fill... I guess I am ok with that... lectured me on lacking proteins and water intake.... but at least I got a little more information I though I was doing ok and then to find out I am not eating that great... live and learn now move on I guess... go back 9/9 for another appointment.
