Protein diet

Hi, yesterday was my first day and I lost 6 lbs (yah). but I had muscle cramps in the caves and feet all night. Anyone else have this?

    Thanks everyone, Of course I knew that and its always been a thing I have had. I play tennis and get dehydrated all the time. But, i thought the protien drinks would have everything I needed in it. I am drinking lots of Water today. Day 2 is almost over. I am really for Aug 15th. I am so excited. Thanks again everyone!!
