Restriction changed???

I have been banded for 1 1/2 years. My last adjustment was about 3 months ago and I have been doing great. Then about 3 weeks ago I started getting the worst heartburn I figured I need to change a food or get it checked out then this week my restriction seems to be much less than what it had been but the heartburn is better. I am so worried that something is wrong. I know that sometimes during a month I have a little less restriction but I am worried that my restriction is not coming back. Has this ever happen to anyone??

I think this is pretty normal. I had a fill about 3 months ago and though I had entered the green zone. In the last 3 weeks I def. think I have gotten tighter. Remember the band is around muscle. So if you're stressed the muscle will tighten. The band is not an exact science.

I can tell the days I do certain exercises that my band gets a lot tighter and when I don't exercise for a day, the next day it is loser. I have just been trying to trick it when it is too lose by going and riding my bike for an hour. It always tightens back up.
