How often do you go back for return visits after l year out.

I went every month for the first 2 years. Now I go when I think I need to. My last visit was in April.

I think as needed is the clue. I am still going every month, too. I am 20 months out, but still having trouble with fill/unfill for my maintenance. It was suggested by my surgeon that I could start every 2 months, (once my weight levels off!). Once you are in maintenance, you have to decide what you need. Good luck. Karen

First year I went in about every month to 6 weeks. 2nd year about every 8 to 10 weeks. Now I'm going in about every 3 to 4 months.

First year I got a tiny fill almost every visit. 2nd year, probably every other visit or so. This year, I had a tiny adjustment in May and don't think I want another until Nov-Dec-Jan.. Unless I lose a large amt of weight.. which I don't expect to happen. I'm so close to goal that weight comes off very slowly now.
