Just wondered.

I've looked at lots of protein bars, but they have too many calories. If anyone has found any that have less than 200 calories and at least 20 g protein, please let the rest of us know.

Funny you should ask.... I just had one for Breakfast to try out. I think I looked at the wrappers of every bar at the store... this one was 180 calories and 20g of Protein. It's called Pure Protein Revolution and the flavor is chocolate Peanut Caramel. Granted, it didn't really taste like a Snickers... but it was a nice reprieve from shakes.

I got a couple of free samples of Quest bars in the mail and I really liked them. They're low carb, 20g of Protein, no sugar or sugar alcohols, and around 170-210 calories each.

They did keep me satisfied for a long time.

I eat them if I have to drive a long distance because they're convenient, but I have found that if I'm 'tight' that day, they are not a smart choice as they do bind and can get stuck.

Luna protein bars have 180 calories. Make sure you look for Luna Protein not regular Luna. You can get a box of 6 for $5.99 at Target and there are four flavors.

I second the Pure Protein bars, definitely one of the best I've found! I just started eating Luna Protein bars and they are realllllly yummy, and have a couple different flavors than the Pure Protein. Both brands are low in calories, carbs, and sugar and high in protein (can't remember exactly, but I'm pretty sure it's at least 20g).
