I would advise being careful with the Muscle Milk. Apparently it has larger than normal levels in arsenic in it. Not telling you what to do, just a heads up. http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/news/20100603/report-protein-drinks-have-unhealthy-metals

i buy mine at Bj's, the have a box of 18 , and they are the 100 cal light ones !

I buy the powder at Kroger.

Thanks, everyone ! I only have to do protein shakes for pre-op and only first two weeks of post op. My surgeon does not want us to drink shakes after the two weeks so hopefully I'll be okay but appreciate the link, Johnny :)

I buy a case of 12 cartons for around $20/22 at Sam's Club. I don't drink them all the time, but I keep them refrigerated at work in case I need something in the afternoon.
