I drink protein shakes from costco. They are from Premiere Nutrition, chocolate flavored. They are 30g protein 160 calories and 5 carbs (3g fiber) they remind me of yoohoo. They are pretty good.

Where did you buy it?

It's such a great thing when you find a protein drink you like!!

I saw that "Oh Yeah" stuff also - I actually saw it at the gas station in a premixed bottle (around $4). 30g of protein seems pretty good (the samples I have so far have around 25-28).
