Support

I am new to this site. I had my surgery just a little over a year ago. 5/10. I have lost about 57 lbs in this first year, but am struggling right now. I can feel myself slipping back into my old ways of eating and non excersise. I am looking for others in the Pittsburgh area who I can chat with for motivation and support.

Thank you

I don't know if you identify as a food addict but if you do, or think you might, have you considered going to a Food Addicts Anonymous meeting? You can find a local meeting at www.foodaddictsanonymous.org.
