Foamy = Bad

1 week post surgery. So I tried a BariWise portein drink today. I decided to use the Magic Bullet to mix the powder with water and some ice. It first came out all foam. I had a couple sips of the foam and turns out... that was a bad idea. Had pain and then a PB and was OK. Waited for it to settle back into drink form with no foam and all was fine. Just wanted to give people a heads up on that.

That is another reason I use a straw. Even though they say not to, I found it was impossible to avoid foam without one. I found no side effects from using one, because I was drinking from the bottom of the cup.
