fuild bulidup

I had band surgery Jan 27 of this year. On my first fill I found out my port flipped had surgery to fix it two weeks ago. Saw my doctor Fri. he didn't seem to concerned about the fluid build up. But now I have more swelling around the port. Went online and found out that its called seroma, has anyone else had this issue.
