Fills & Insurance

I will probably be going for a fill in the next month or so, and would like to know what to expect as far as paying for the fill. I know all insurance companies are different, I have Horizon. Just wondering what I can expect as far as payment, if insurance will cover it and I will be responsible for the co pay for for the whole thing.

You will have to call your Ins. Company on that one. They will look at your policy, and they can answer your questions then.
