Panera cheddar broccli soup. MMMM!!

I am on my second stage of the post op diet, cream soup, yogurt and such. I had the cheddar broccoli soup from Panera the other day and it was awesome. I was full after a half a bowl.

I love it too. I finally made my own. Not as good, but it was low fat and not bad at all

For later on, their chicken noodle soup is good and only 100 calories for a cup!

Or the tomato soup. I do love Panera's Soups.

Isn't the cheese/broc soup high in calories? I love Panera and am so happy for this post!! Can't wait t get some soup!

I don't count calories, but I'm sure you could find the info on their website.
