I've been eating the Cookies and cream gourmet Protein Bars and let me tell you, they taste absolutely great! Maybe I'm being a little biased because I LOVED cookies and cream ice cream when I was you know, fat. lol Do you think that these free samples are as good as cookies and cream? What flavors do they have?

Today is my first "baby step" towards the Lap Band. I've spoken with a Bariatric Coordinator, I'm off to a seminar tonight, and see my doctor on Tuesday...6 months from now I take the plunge!
