Real Quick Day

I was at the hospital at 6AM and back at home by 1PM. A good doctor must make a great deal of difference because I'm only having gas pains so far. Hopefully those start to go away real soon because they are serious a times. I am pleased to have crossed over into Band Land.....and excited to be on this new leg in my journey.

I got the same advise, KEEP MOVING, my doc also told me to drink peppermint tea. I was a tea drinkin fool for days. I felt waterlogged but it really helped with the gas pains!!!
