Am I working out enough??

During the day on my breaks from work (20 mins) I walk at a fast pace the walk also includes inclines. When I get off work I got to the gym and work out for about 35 minutes. When I walk during the day I am usually out of breath and sweating. At the gym I am usually on the eliptical. Is this enough exercise? or should I do more? I follow this routine about 5x's a day.

I'm not an expert, but it sounds like you are getting in some great workout time. Doing this 5 days a week is awesome. You should be proud of yourself.

If you thought of adding in anything else, maybe think about a little bit of weight training on a few of those days.

I would second the weight training. A lot of women think if they weight train that they'll get big, but it's not true. Weight training helps build muscles which actually helps burn more fat. 5x a week is fantastic! Try adding 3 days (every other day) of weight training.

I also believe you need resistance traing, it will keep your metabolism up for longer periods after your workout, 30 min of cardio a day is plenty. usually when I find myself at a plateau its because im in too much of a routine, so I mix it up for a couple weeks.

Thanks guys! I'm gonna try more weight training. I thought I had to loose some more of this fat before I could start weight training. BTW PhilC, I love your signature, it's so true! lol
