Constant, odd sweet taste after surgery???

Since I was banded in August '10, I have had periods of an odd sweet taste for no apparent reason. I have searched "sweet taste", "odd sweet taste", etc. in this forum and on the net but haven't found any information. I have read about Ketosis, but that causes a metallic taste, not sweet. I have a doctors appointment in a few weeks, so I check with her, but in the meantime, thought I'd ask here.

Thanks and good luck everyone!

Kelley

Could it be something you are eating?

I know that for me some stuff doesn't taste the same way it used to. I hope you get a response from someone who has experienced the same thing and knows why!
