i cant understand this. When im alone i m always hungry i eat my reg. Meals and but im hungry it just started im on soft food now this is when is started.has anyone esle have this problem if so what did you do. I need help before i give in

It's called bandster hell. Your starting to heal and you appetite is returning. Basically you need to weight/measure out your food in amounts directed by your doctor. When the food is gone stop eating. See if your doctor allows healthy "snacks". Mine is'nt a big fan of snacks. Though they did approve low fat cheese stick or low cal/fat protein shake; prework out since I have a long time between lunch and dinner. Most of us have been there; this is a willpower diet until you get restriction.
