Stomach hunger

Just curious to find out if it is same for most of us ... or totally random.

Thx for taking a poll.

sorry, I can't take the poll. It's been so long I don't remember. I hope those newly banded will vote and help you out :)

I did take the poll. I said my head hunger came back at 1 week because I was sooooo bored of broth. I was soooo happy to move to puree soups.

I was actually hungry when I woke up from surgery but there was no answer for that :D

I am week 4 and still can not take a poll... Head hunger came back after 2 weeks. Stomach hunger still mia.

The head hunger was what i had to work on before the surgery. So after the surgery i was content with what i had at whatever stage. i am not going to say i was not anxious about advancing to each phase but i can say that i was satisified with the amount i ate. my Protein supplement really helped during this time. i added the powder to everything. Soup, broth, milk, etc.

I have a friend thinking about the lapband and i told him the head hunger is the hardest part to work through and conquer. I got really hungry one day not long ago. I could not get enough to eat. but i kept my composure and drank me a protein milk and the craving passed.

Great questions to ask. Some times we just wish we had a book and everyone had the same situation. But all is different. Good luck on your search!:D
