Is salad on your post-op diet this early out?

I'm 14 days out, and I just got the okay for mushy foods yesterday. I'm always surprised at the differences between each surgeons post-op diets. I wish my surgeons would give me the okay for a salad. I want real solid food! But I have another 2 weeks before they let me have that.

Veggies can be troublesome, they are the last thing to be added usually. I'd think on mushies you could eat a salad.. maybe chopped up real small.

Meh I don't like salad, doesn't fill me up! and the calories are ridiculous in a lot of them.
