Whooa pain!!

I've been banded since 1-11 and have been doing great down almost 30lbs and no pain or problems- until today!!! When I reach either arm across my chest I'm having a bad pain!!! It's right in the middle of my chest above my breasts, Owww!!!! Any ideas?
