My surgery is scheduled for March 23rd and I'm so ready to start a new chapter in my life! I was researching about the lap band and came across this site and I've been reading all the post and all have been helpful in many different ways. I do have to admit I am getting a little bit nervous because I've never had surgery but I know this is going to be so worth it! I will be coming here frequently for help and suggestions. Welcome and congrats on deciding to have surgery! Lapband too was my first surgery so I know how you feel. It was well worth it and really not painful at all.
