Hi My name is Pamela I weigh just under 400 pounds. I am hopeing to find a doctor in my area and in my network of United Healthcare. I thought I had one with UW in MAdison.. But they said we are not in network and they will not pay! I said they will did you call? She said mam Thats what I said! anyways... If anyone knows of any place that takes UNited Healthcare please share. I live in Rockford IL!

I'm from another state, have you tried the customer service line? They will usually assist you in finding a physician/surgeon.

Consider Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, It is a Center of Excellence.

All there equipment including the surgical are for people up to 500lbs.

DR. Jeffrey Genaw is Chief Surgeon.
