Hope this helps, waiting is the hardest point, but don't worry once you get your op day life will move wicked fast

height - 5'7

bmi - 42

co's - high blood pressure, stress incontinence, joint pain, depression

ins. - Federal BCBS

All of my co's are gone or on there way to being totally gone. The band has changed my life in so many great ways. I hope your journey goes well and the band does for you what it has already done for so many of us here.

I weighed 283

I'm a little over 5'2

BMI was around 50.9

I can't remember about the comorbidities. I had/have insulin resistance (it wasn't diabetes yet), mild sleep apnea, some joint pain. I guess those were all technically comorbidities but I don't remember what else.

I have BCBS (and my surgery was done at a BCBS Bariatric Center of Excellence so the approval process took like a day...I never waited to be approved)

No Co's

I had Blue Cross at the time. Once my paperwork was finally taken off someones desk-they "lost" it- Approvale took a couple weeks.

I started as Morbidly Obese, and I'm about 10 lbs away from being merely Overweight. Best Decision I have ever made :)
