No longer feeling hungry vs feeling full

I think that I may be at restriction. After eating the 3 oz of Protein (I measure) as I'm eating veggies I get a no longer hungry feeling and stop. I don't stop because I feel full. After a couple minutes I get more of a full sensation.

Does anyone else feel this way? Or do most people get an actual full feeling while still eating?

You are supposed to feel satisfied not full, so sounds like you are right on! Congratulations. Unfortunately I am having a hard time differentiating between hunger and full. Did you have any back pain after surgery?

That's exactly it. At some point I just know I'm done eating but I'm not 'full'.
