Trader Joe's Peanut Flour

Hi everyone,

I'm still pre-op but have been addicted to youtube lap band journeys. I've been trying several WLS recipes on there. I came accross something from a channel i just can't get enough of it's Anume1109. Check it out! She uses Trader Joe's Peanut Flour for added Protein. It's delicous! It's just dehydrated peanuts. I just did a comparison in my cabinet and regular Peanut Butter is 16g of fat and 7 grams of protein and the Trader Joe's Peanut Flour is 4g of fat and 16grams of protein. Hope this helps!

Also check out http://www.bellplantation.com/ for PB2; sounds like it's simular to what you described. I like the chocolate one in protein shakes. My sister uses it to make sandwiches (I have'nt done that yet).
