I love the fact that now that I have started to walk I'm losing weight but i just noticed that my arms are floppy with skin just dangling...

What have some of you done to help minimize the lose floppy skin?

Whats helped me is weight lifting..I take a body pump class a couple times a week. Also, iv read drinking Water helps with the loose skin too and I drink a ton of water. Mine are still a little flabby after losing 50lbs but I think they would be worse if I didnt do the arm weights. I think that is about the only thing you really can do to help.

Yeah I told my husband the other day I think I'm gonna have to start lifting weights....

Oh man, my arms are the worst ! I had quite a bit of underarm fat and now I have big bags of sloppy floppy skin there. Short of plastic surgery, there is nothing that can be done about the skin. I think loose skin looks better draped over muscles, but the skin is not going to change. I'm not sure if I will ever do any plastic surgery. I'm just glad I lost so much weight at this point.

I do a lot of arm weights.
