4 days post op

I am four days post op. I am very happy about the decision I made. I am a petite woman- 5 feet tall but I weighed 218 pounds . That was the largest I had ever weighed. I found the first few days alittle tough. The worse thing for me was the bad backaches I had. I suffer from back spasms so after I was placed into recovery, it was bad. A few days after my surgery was the worst. I guess that saying it gets worse before better is true for me. Four days in, I am still sore but I feel good. I got dressed and put makeup on! I went to my friend Alicia"s house and weighed myself and I am down 7 pounds!!!! I can see it in my face! This has been a blessing for me that I cannot take advantage of. I cannot find myself reverting back to those old habits. For the first time in days, my stomach actually growled. It is no where but down for me!!!
