Finally Approved !!! It's been 1 year since I started this process, I'm now scheduled for February 16th. I wasn't nerves about the surgery until now, I suppose this is normal.

I just registerd yesterday with LapBand Talk, I'm looking forward to reading everyones questions, concerns and success stories.

Congratulations! It took me almost a full year as well to get through the LONG process but I did it and I was banded June 16th 2009. Good Luck and being nervous is totally normal. I cried when they started wheeling me into the operating room and told my husband to take me home but he stood by my side and said it was going to be ok and didnt leave until I was fast asleep. So nerves are ok.

Patti... I just registered here yest. too..... It's a pretty cool blog or whatever they call it..... I have a date of 2-9-11 pending INS....ugggg.... But I can guarantee I will be scared to death when I do get approved!! Keep in touch and good luck!!
