Gurggling in your throat??

Hello,

I had my first fill last Thursday (3cc's). I can definately feel a difference with a few bites of my meal instead of the full 4 oz's. Thats no problem....the problem is; I eat or drink and I feel like its just sitting in the back of my throat...it makes these weird gurggling noises, I don't know what to do! I don't know if this is "Normal" or if the fill was maybe too much too soon!

Has anyone else had this happen? If so what did you do?

Thanks a bunch!!

You are probably just a tad too tight...anymore and you would probably have been miserable. Still since you are able to swallow and get things down without getting sick, as you lose more weight this week it should loosen up for you in a couple of more days. : )

What jenriley said! Usually, after a few days to a week, the band will loosen a little. It sounds like you're getting close to your "sweet spot"! Watch the weight fall off this week.
